China's industrial Reuters Pakistan Stone development company recently said that the Pakistani government asked the company to accelerate development of indigenous stone.

It is reported that Pakistan is a major exporter of stone in China, the United States, Italy, Saudi Arabia.United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Germany. According to the Federal Bureau of trade figures for Pakistan ,2008-09 fiscal year, Pakistan's marble export 48,000 tons, amounting to 13.56 million U.S. dollars.

China is Pakistan's largest export destination, marble, when Pakistan exported 25 thousand tons to China, amounting to 6.68 million U.S. dollars, accounting for the total exports of Pakistan Marble

Volume and the total amount of 52.1% and 49.3%, with the previous fiscal years 2.3 million tons, compared to 5.04 million U.S. dollars, respectively, an increase of 8.7% and 32.5%.
